“THE SHOWER LEAKED UNDER THE STALL AND THERE WAS A MILDEW ODOR IN THE BATHROOM, THE COFFEE POT DID NOT WORK, IT KEPT TURNING OFF AND NEVER HEATED, THE TV ALSO DID NOT WORK, THE REMOTE WOULD NOT ACTIVATE ANY CHANNELS. YOU COULD HEAR THE PEOPLE GETTING ON AND OFF THE ELEVATOR AND THE NOICE IN THE HALLWAY.”

“The hotel was really nice and the breakfast buffet was good. However, the tv wasn’t working well, the bathroom door wouldn’t close completely and it was loud. Our room was next to a busy street, walls were thin and the air conditioning was loud. If those things improved, it would be a great place to stay.”
