“This place is a hidden gem! More people need to check them out for an affordable family-friendly getaway. I traveled solo and felt welcomed and safe on the property. Everyone was friendly and welcoming- the food was pretty good and the pool was a decent size. I didn’t have any issues with my stay - the villa was pristine and very well maintained. Highly recommend!”

“I was looking for a high-rise urban setting, and this property did not disappoint. It was clean, well-stocked (dishes, etc), had my favorite--floor-to-ceiling windows--and even a glass-top desk right by the window so I could gaze out at the view while writing my book. Everything needed is within walking distance.”

“Room is clean and neat. Refrigerator, microwave oven, stovetop are all clean. It will be better if slippers are provided.”

“We only used the unit but it was very modern, clean, well maintained, and convenient. I would 10/10 recommend these units to anyone and would surely book with Landing again. Communication through the app was fast an le consistent if I had questions. I will add, the app is a must. It has clear check in/out instructions and there are specialists that will communicate with you very quickly if property staff are no longer on the premises.”

“No parking at or near this place. My wife has a disability and can't walk about a mile to the room each time we use the car. I cancelled but was not able to get a refund. The owner said that there was on-street parking, which is true, but it is all 2-hour parking. The owner then said for us to talk to one of the local businesses, to see if we could park there. Of course, we did not do that.”

“Water was shut off just before we departed so would be helpful to plan ahead for that if possible. Loved the unit, the pool nearby and walkability to breakfast places and The Vig!”

“3.5/5 for cleanliness. The walls, floors and baseboards of the units need to be cleaned and/or repainted. I looks like someone previously threw a party and scratched/scuffed up the walks badly. Also the party bike that you pedal rides through this neighborhood with music play just as an FYI The kitchen did have just about everything needed from a blender, to can opener’s, cookie sheet, etc. ”

“I love this property. It's in the Anova building. It has an on-site parking garage for the same cost as metered street parking and its a great location. Have stayed a couple times and will stay again.”

“Canyon Pool bar and grill didn't open at the time advertised. There is not 2 restaurants on site, only the Canyon Grill, which is at the pool and has limited hours. Prices were quite high too. The room was supposed to have a main kitchen and 2nd bedroom have a small kitchen area, it didn't have any type of kitchen in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom had 2 tubes of used toothpaste on counter, fork in dishwasher and coffee spill in kitchen sink.Communication to/from property was ignored. I sent emails...
